It starts out with Kelly Clarkson singing and the camera is zoomed in on her lips. Then there is a white flash and it changes scenes to Kelly Clarkson dressed in a lab coat with 4 other doctors (or doctors of the sort) standing by her looking down at something with clipboards in hand, this part is in black and white. They show what they are looking at, which is a young girl in color. Then it cuts back to Kelly Clarkson singing in color in a empty room. It switches back and forth between Kelly Clarkson singing and the black and white doctors observing the young girl. At 1:46 minutes the black and white Kelly Clarkson doctor goes in the young girl (she is in color) room and she bends down and grabs the girls hand. She rubs the girl's hand on her face and some of the black and white Kelly Clarkson doctor's face is now in color. The doctor says "Let's Go" to the young girl, but you can't hear it. The doctor helps the girl break out of the building. There are people chasing them. The doctor and the girl drive away in a nice bright orange car around 2: 59 minutes. Everything else around them is black and white. The people are still chasing them. Then they drive through a tunnel. When they reach the end of the tunnel everything is in bright colors and there are about 20 other people surround the car, doctor, and young girl. The 2 guys that were chasing them get out of the car, but they don't change colors. They are still in black and white. Towards the end they show a zoomed out angle of a black and white city then they show the color sky it the camera quickly moves to show a colored Earth. The last scene is the doctor Kelly Clarkson now in color singing the last line of the song.

I really like this music video. It is very creative. It fits well with the lyrics of the song. I really like the story that this music video told. I thought it was creative and interesting how the doctor scenes were in black and white, but the young girl was in color. It showed that the young girl was different (people like us). I really liked the end. How everything was in color expect for the two guys chasing them. This is a well done music video. I like how it went back and forth between the doctor scenes and Kelly Clarkson singing in another room. Even though the doctor and the girl never actually talked I could tell what was going on by there facial expressions. At 1:02 the doctor Kelly Clarkson pulls out her phone that is bright yellow. That was a little foreshadowing of what was to come next. The editors did a great job of putting this video together and showing different cuts. I want to know how they make one person in color and the other people in black and white. The car chase seemed a little fake. That's the only part that I didn't like. The music fit well with her singing.
