http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3Pb3EJY5Qg I'm Gonna Getcha Good! by Shania Twain This video is 4:19 minutes long.
I absolutely loved Shania Twain when I was younger. I was obsessed with this song and I watched the music video over and over again on MTV when MTV was strictly a music video show.
It starts out with Shania dressed in a all black skin tight suit and she is getting on this motorcycle that has blue and pink flames. The music starts at 8 seconds. They show a building where robots are walking around and Shania and the band are inside a glass room. She is in a different outfit while she is in the room with the band, but it's still a dark skin tight outfit. She sings with the song while she is in the room with the band. Sometimes she sings while she is driving the motorcycle. The whole music video takes place in this robot/ sci fi world. It goes back and forth between Shania singing with the band behind glass and driving the motorcycle trying to escape a giant bad robot. The end is surprising and interesting. I'm not quite sure what it means. The motorcycle and sci fi woman picks up the robot's eye and throws in at the glass where the singing realistic Shania is standing behind. It shows the glass breaking as the robot eye is flying through it. I like how you can hear the sound of the glass breaking. The realistic Shania looks lost and confused. She steps out from behind the glass and looks at this sci fi robotic world. I like how it ends. It doesn't end when the last note of the song ends. It continues the story.
I like the video effects when she is driving the motorcycle through this sci fi world. Some parts look fake, but others look realistic. The song came out in 2002, 11 years ago. I was 9 when this song came out. I think the effects are pretty good considering how much further technology and video effects have come along. They video did a good job going back and forth between the band and the motorcycle racing scene. I really like how they show the sci fi Shania racing through bridges and tunnels. I like the different scene cuts. They zoom in and out on Shania singing. The color choices are amazing in this video. All of the colors are in the same color family. The colors are dark and they are mainly black and blues. The robots are different colors, but they still stick with the same color family. I think the music matches well with Shania's singing.
